Refund and Returns

At HJ Abaya, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
- It is returned in its original packaging
- It is not a custom or personalized order (these are non-returnable)
2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size or item issues (if available in stock). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-measure abayas
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the return window
7. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
